Know before you order

Everything is made after you order, so here's the honest timeline — no surprises:

• Made to order. Most orders leave our studio within a week of being placed. Ready-made cases and DIY kits may go out sooner if we have them in hand.
• Custom orders get a design check first. If you order a Custom design, we email you within 24 hours to confirm your design. Production starts only after you approve it — that keeps your custom piece exactly as you imagined.
• Drying time is real. Fresh cream glue needs 3–5 days to cure fully before a case can be packed safely. Rainy weather can add a day or two — if your order is delayed we'll let you know.
• Please double-check your address and phone model at checkout. If a package returns to us because of a wrong address, we'll email you to arrange a reship.

Delivery details

• Dispatch. You'll get an email with your tracking link the day your order ships.
• Delivery windows above are from the day it ships and exclude public holidays.
• Customs & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Once we hand your parcel to the carrier, delivery speed is in their hands.
• Lost in transit? If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, email us and we'll chase the carrier — and remake or refund if it's truly lost.
