Privacy policy
Eleven DIY makes and sells handmade decoden cream glue phone cases and DIY kits. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies when you browse our store, place an order, subscribe to our emails, or contact us.
What we collect and why
- Order details — your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered. We use these only to make, pack and deliver your order, and to send you order updates and your tracking link.
- Phone model and custom briefs — for custom work you tell us your phone model and share your design idea, colours and reference images. We use these only to design and make your piece. We never publish or reuse your photos without your permission.
- Payment — payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
- Emails you ask for — when you subscribe (for example, for the WELCOME10 welcome code), we send you occasional offers and news. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes you off the list immediately.
- Support messages — anything you send to hello@elevendiy.com, used only to help you.
Cookies and analytics
Like nearly every store, our site is built on Shopify and uses basic cookies so your shopping cart works and so we understand roughly how visitors use the site. We don't use these to track you across the internet.
Who we share your data with
Only the people needed to run the shop and fulfil your order — and always for that purpose alone:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform and host.
- PayPal — to process your payment.
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your parcel (name, address, order number).
We never sell your personal information. That's a hard rule.
How long we keep it
We keep order records only as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle any warranty or remake, and satisfy accounting rules — then they're deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Write to yufei@elevendiy.com and we'll sort it within a reasonable time.
Children
Our products are aimed at grown-ups who craft and gift. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this site isn't directed at children.
Changes
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date above.
